The photo says it all.  No words are necessary.

Here is “new baby Ella” at 2 days old.  This was one of our earliest favorite photos of Ella (of which there are about 100 by now..100 favorites, not just 100 photos).  We especially love the little baby mohawk that the hospital gave her before we went home.  We could have done without the pink bow, though.  Did they really have to glue it onto her forehead?

We even made this photo into a stamp at http://www.photostamps.com/.  Don’t ask us why Ella’s stamp is not featured on the front of that company’s website — we’ve been scratching our heads on that one for a while.  At least it found a home at the top of Ella’s web page.

Everyone got some well deserved rest after this big day, September 7th.  Ella is not even 8 hours old in this photo!
